If you have a separate agreement with us for specific Services or Software, that agreement will take precedence over these terms in case of any conflicts. As explained in Section 3 below, you retain all rights and ownership in the content you provide through the Services. When you use our Services, you may upload files, provide information, and process such data, referred to as "User Files," whether originally provided by you or processed using our Services.
Your relationship is with AI Asset, a company incorporated under Delaware law, with its registered offices at San Jose, CA, USA. The Services and Software are governed by Delaware law.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Services, Software, or any of their components or features at any time, without incurring any liability to you or others. If we discontinue a Service entirely, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any prepaid, unused fees for that Service.
Subject to your compliance with these terms and applicable laws, you are granted access to and use of the Services.
We (and our licensors) retain sole ownership of all rights, titles, and interests in the Services and Software. We reserve all rights not expressly granted under these terms. Specifically, you are prohibited from reselling any of our products, Software, and Services.
You retain full rights and ownership of your content. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
Our access, viewing, or listening to your content is limited to specific purposes, such as responding to support requests, detecting and addressing fraud, security issues, or technical problems, improving our Services, and enforcing these terms.
You are responsible for all activity conducted via your account. Please promptly notify Customer Support if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. Sharing your account information, except with authorized account administrators, or using another person's account is prohibited. Your account administrator may use your account information to manage your access to the Services.
You must use the Services responsibly.
Children under 16 years old are not permitted to use AI Asset Services. If you are in the European Economic Area or a country with similar regulations, you may only use AI Asset Services if you meet the minimum age requirements for consent to personal data processing in your jurisdiction, or if verifiable parental consent has been provided for your use of our Services. Parents who discover their child is using our Services against their wishes should contact us.
